Again the rules are the rules. No one goes to NHRA and asks if they'll allow Dominators in S/S , or trans brakes in Stock . Yes the carbs are inlne. NHRA allows any intake (pretty much) in S/S. But you have to run the factory style carb(s). This is the same deal. But look at the inside. What does that look like to you? NMCA allows single AFB/AVS style carbs. NMCA does have a class for other cars of this type. It's Nostalgia Muscle Car. Again no Dominators. This class requires rear suspension to retain the factory design. It's also on .25 index, foot brake, no electronics. I'm always amazed at how many people that don't race the class/series complain about the rules. It's real easy. A, build a car that fits the rules. B, don't race the class.
