I think my comment has been misconstrued. When I stated about rules being changed to fit cars, I am talking about the groups that were started outside of the large groups to fit certain types/styles of cars that were not necessarily accepted under the common NMCA rules. I guess it's more of an East Coast thing. There's a few groups in the Mid-Atlantic region where the rules are catered around the organizer's vehicles.
