I was pre-registered both days. On Sunday, I arrived at 6-55AM since gates were supposed to open at 7AM, Due to the staff saying they were "waiting on more of their people" they didn't let me in until 7-50AM. There were only 2 other people in front of me. The non -preregistered line was already huge at that point. If I could set my alarm clock, then so should the staff. Getting in is my biggest gripe, but I still come every year !
