While installing the rear band, when going to 72 inch/lbs and then back off 2 turns as the books say, I noticed that the drum could not be rotated by hand. I mean that thing was firmly gripped. I took the adjuster out 3 turns (3 turns total not an additional 3 turns) and the drum moves again.

Maybe I was just adjusting the band too tight?
