For one thing.. it would have to be a rag top or a
altered dragster... and I dont know of any guy that
thinks of their race car like a piece of trash to
be UNCOVERED OUTSIDE... the sunlight is what I THINK
they are concerned with... but maybe just rot.. JMO
EDIT
in reality they should take 100 pair of nasty looking
5 year old belts and give them the SAME test..
