After removing the old super stock hood scoop I am running in to a small dilemma with the newer style pro stock scoop. I think we can get away with using a large oval or rectangular air filter ( good bye velocity stacks ) but something needs to be done about the front of the scoop to hood mating. Anybody with fiberglass experience want to throw your in on this? My hood is rough so I'll hack, sand and add material until it looks sanitary. Not sure if I should glass it or use rivets either.
