The tools in question can either be kept brought back it is the person is doing the job choice as to what he wants to do!
if the store do not replenish the items that is the store issue not those who rent /loan and decide to keep the tool, not stealing part of the stores comitment to provide service and a way to sell tools or have them returned for others to use ,
you realy need to be reeducated on what stores do and why they do,
your paying for the tool, the store makes millions of dollars yearly off rental tools!
