All of the local parts stores around here do the loaner tool program. Autozone, Napa, Oreillys and even the local mom and pop place.

As stated you pay 100% of the retail price for the rental, you have 24-48 hours to return the tool or you bought it. Pretty simple. Keeping it IS NOT STEALING.

I bought and used a 33mm socket for the job last time I pulled the yoke off.
