I get that the cummins is heavier, say 4-500 heavier than a 440 say?
I am thinking the front end stuff should hold it with heavier coils.
Think coil spring half ton F150 with a snow plow. Sure were a lot of them a few (well more than a few) years back.
I understand it is heavy, and in a short bed would be very nose heavy.
But think of it, a few mods, 40-50 more hp, 518, maybe 2.9 or 3.2 gears, easy 22-25 mpg and not screaming...
Worthless for heavy towing, just a toy...lots of work, and I haven't finished a project rig in years.
Another project is just what I need.
And my diesel buddy bought still another one today, runs even better than the one he got last week.
He is ready to make me a deal, and pushing me to do this.

He is a bad influence.

I need shipping weights...

It takes gasoline to interest me.
