Mike Mosley did it and it didn't sound like a ton of mods.

Here's a big block Milodon pan in the ultra tight 73-76 A-body spool K-member. A 67-72 biscuit K-member might take less driver side mods.

I wonder if it will be possible for me to pull the engine out the top with the K-frame in? This was done in response to the previous pan bottoming on a huge pothole and ripping the drain plug half out. Four quarts on the ground in about a minute. I suspended the engine, removed the K, swapped in the pan and started measuring and trimming. Then burned in a few pieces of reinforcement with the stick welder.
