best advice in the whole thread ... most guys wont even need a 4L80E and can get away with a 4L60E ...will handle 600 hp and 600 ft lbs for about 1800 bucks add a JW bell and controller for $600 more and have it all ...





Very little difference in price between 4L60 & 4L80.... PLEASE do yourself a favor & get the 80 the first time around, this coming from a guy thats owned a few 4L60-equipped LS1 F-bodies. Other than that little note excellent advice.
