For the price of a GV, why not have a 4L80E built and use a JW bell. Sell the 727 stuff and you'd probably have less cash outlay than the 727 GV setup. You will have to alter the trans tunnel some, but the car looks to have some alterations already. With the 4L80E, you can have a lockup converter built and still stall where you want it, use manual control or transbrake , or computer controlled shift points, firmness, etc.
