They came out of their factory ( individual ) packaging and were all jumbled together in the bottom of the Summit box. Summit's packaging wasn't that swift, but the box looked like it had been dragged behind the UPS truck for a few thousand miles.




Same thing here with some brake parts I ordered. Thrown in a flimsy box with those stupid air bag things and parts all over the place. I was convinced I would be missing something through the hole in the side of the box, luckily not. I agree with the shippers being absolutely horrible, but the packing needs improvement as well.

I can totlaly see a crank being damaged this way.
