Sorry to hear of the ongoing issues Bill. You know I feel your pain. My simple freshen up has become a very long drawn out ordeal, causing me to miss the rest of the season now.

I am sure it has been checked but since this seems to be the same rods has anyone checked the crank to make sure the oil holes are totally unobstructed? Just curious, I have had a crank that did not get the oil holes completely drilled, on a BB Chevy...
