Wow!! Wouldn't take it back even though it was twisted. Unbelievable!! Hopefully it doesn't crack down the road sometime from stressing it.

Still waiting to get my refund. Was told the factory moved and I have to wait for confirmation that it's returned. Oh, and I couldn't seem to get one of those free shipping labels spoken of earlier. Had to eat the shipping. I've learned a hard lesson.
