Yes it is. the last car he built as far as I know. The car he raced in the 80's and 90's was actually a 63 Max Wedge car with a 64 front end on it. It is being restored, last I heard.
The Savvy Savoy is not a 63, it's 64. The roof lines are different between 63 and 64 Bob Roles from Williamsport Pa. used to own the car. I haven't seen it in about 10 years then it showed up at the Mopar Madness race at Dragway 42 this summer. So it's still in the Pa/Oh area.
