That is Don Wann, Steve Wann dad, old race car that I use to race with years ago with a new name on the door, glad to see it still racing
On second look it looks like a clone car of his original 1963 Savoy Max Wedge car
He drove several different (1963,1964 and 1965 Plymouths) early Mopar NHRA SS class drag cars for Dave Ritteg with that exact same paint scheme
