Must be differences in the VB's from different manufacturer. Mine is a Pro Trans. custom LBA, RM, alum drum, roller, billet input, blah, blah, blah, SCS shifter. I love my powerglide because of just this issue. I shut the car off at the stripe every time. Maybe my 727 did what it did because the engine was shut down first? shruggy The 727 is in my street car now and it's a blast to drive! Kind of stupid with an 8" converter but I've been driving it every day when it's not raining. I have a 10" that I want to try in it.
