My question was very clear...can anyone suggest a restoration shop to do a nice but not OE-quality resto in the geographical areas I mentioned? My reasons for doing so, or my ability to foot the bill, have nothing to do with the question.

The 55 would be a piece of cake for a guy like you who owns a shop...just get a catalog for parts, and have at it. The 66 would be a glorious thing to see, but you'd probably get unsolicited advice similar to what I got here, so keep that in mind before you post the question. I can promise you I'll reply only if I have an answer to whatever question it is that you ask.
