There are a lot of things that a guy can jump in and take apart and put back together and have it work just fine . Steering boxes do not fall into that category. Check around on who can do a correct rebuild on you steering box. There are companies that do that. Don't wreck your car,kill someone or yourself figuring that you can do it when it is to complicated for real certified car mechanics.
