Jack it up again like in your pictures and remove the lower shock retaining nut and washer and slide the shock off the stud and see if it will extend downward another 1/2 inch or more If it does your good which I suspect it won't be good If the rear end goes downwards a little bit when the shock is slid off the stud you need longer shocks
Your rear shackle angle at rest looks good now, I will bet money that the shocks are to short
