DUH! lots of unnecessarily difficult suggestions here.

Get an electric drill and the right size bit for 1/4-20 thread tap. Drill halfway between the ID and OD about 180 degrees from each other. Then tap. Insert 1/4-20 bolts and pull out as you wish.

The roller part of the bearing is available as its own part but usually either the small one or the large one with the big steel ring cost the same from RockAuto.

If you buy the new assembly, it's easier to drill and tap the holes on the bench.
