You will need a piece of steel round stock that fits tightly in the hole, long enough you can hold it with your hand. Pack the hole with bread. That's correct lunch bread, wheat white it don't mater. I think I even used a hot dog bun once. Now put the round stock in the hole and use a hammer on the exposed end of the steel round bar and hit it hard. You should see some movement of the bearing. Pack some more bread in the hole and repeat.

To install the new bearing or bushing: Clean the hole. Put the bearing in the freezer over night. This will shrink it enough to allow it to quickly slip into place.
