As for testing the windows, simple test it, pull the window cavern thingys and put a flat plate blocker back on it and test again.


Read the article. I fixed what I could with that small of a bore by shifting the intake valve closer to the exhaust and closer to the intake valley and with a 1 degree change with the guide, and angle milling the head and shifting the head on the dowels .100". Also my head fixture plate is doweled so when I test on the flow bench the head is in the exact same position as on the engine. Nothing any shop couldn't do.

I will be testing with flat aluminum plates on our 470 cube iteration of this engine this summer. J.Rob
