Yes. I know of a couple of guys having to go to the heaviest spring, black I think to eliminate the power sag in the transition. But the converse can be true as well. Heavier cars with tall gear and tight converters will generally benefit (better et and mph)from lighter springs, and smaller kill bleed restrictions. This might seem to fly in the face of logic, but it doesn't.
