So, taking some time listening to what you guys having to say and being moved by some events that happened to me over the weekend, I think I'm just going to go for the KISS route and pay as I go. Find a decent 360 that will drop right in and will be a good core for a stroker in the future.

I'll most likely plan up for an 833 swap in the future. To be honest, I'd like to have the T56 (All of my cars have been 5 or 6 speeds), but the 833 will be an easier swap (less fabrication, practically bolt on). If I have money later on, I'll just purchase a Passon 5-speed. But for now, I just want to enjoy it and drive it around town, in the mountains, and at some local autocross events. If I really wanted to do some high speed type of events with a torquey engine, I've got some 2.76 gears I can put in another carrier.
