Mahle rings arrived today. Got them filed and short block is together and I feel ALOT better lol. I found that once rings were on the pistons you set the piston and rod on the bench on the piston top and using the Lisle compressor clamp the piston upside down so you can watch the oil ring and make sure it doesn't get hung up on the WAY to undersized support rail. Even doing it this way I probably have 5 hrs in piston install including the ring filing. Im beat!
