In Canada we pay for race gas at the pump; and all we get is a choice of 87, 89, and 91 octane. E85 is made in a plant 42 miles away from me. It is also available there for sale; not locally. I have had enough real racing gas go bad in short amount of times whenever I have tried to buy in bulk and store it.

I have race engines that are not practical for the life I have chosen, (retired). So everything is scaled back so that I can stay retired. Being retired has become a full time job, and there is no life like it.

I am truly happy that the American way of life is still working for you guys, and that race gas is available and affordable. Race gas is my first choice when all things are equal.

Too many cars, too many parts, too little coin, too little space to work in, too little time left to make it all happen! Update: down to one ride, still too many parts, a little more jingle in the pocket, gaining space, and it's going to happen this year!
