Carb is the 1407 or 1406. It is super clean, cleaned it twice. Very confident that there is no vacuum leaks. The ECU box is just one from the local parts store. Know its not a good one but should be okay for diagnosing. Will check bushing and shaft once again tomorrow.

One thing I need to mention.....Before the issue happened I was testing and tuning it. Had a little knock on the high end from either to much mechanical advance or low octane. Took it out several times and ran it up to 3500 rpm then back down. Ran awesome, would get sideways real quick. Last time I took it out is when I kinda noticed something was wrong. I was only adjusting the full advance of the Unilite. After problem showed up I put it right back and it was the same.
