the compression readings tell me the long block is healthy, the dist has been swapped, all that is left is the intake/carb (vac leak) & plugs/wires & if the plugs/wires are good & if sure of no vac leaks then that only leaves the carb & if this is this the infamous eddy 1407
. I would pull the top off & see what you see & maybe take it apart & spray it with a cleaner then blow it clean with shop air. Holler how things turn out. EDIT does it have the same ECU when you switched ignitions? What color is it?
