My 408 is almost done and I am having the hardest time finding an aftermarket dipstick. Is there anything? I'd like something a little nicer. I am using the magnum pan too. Is there anything I can tweak to work? Lemme know! For something so stupid I am sure having a hard time finding something.

Hmm, I'm going to have the same problem I tried to pull the stick and tube from a mag engine at the junkyard over the weekend, but that's not going to happen. It was in the block too well Summit has some cheap ones; I'll probably end up doing that.
If you ever find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck.

you did make sure the tube is not broke off in the block..correct? it will have to be drivin out from the bottom with pan off..I would double check it. dealer has the stock tube lokar sells a nice flex one never had any luck with an after market chrome one,i either broke it going in or it just would not go in
