There are many USB turntables available some cheap ones, some better ones... The most reliable are from Audio-Technica... Regarding sonic quality, being digitized to MP3 the higher the sampling rate the better the audio quality but the higher rate use more memory store space. For reasonable quality use a rate @ least 160 or higher.. Just my $0.02...

If you want an all-encompassing solution I'd buy one of the Audio-Technica USB based turntables. If you have a turntable you're happy with the quality of already, you could buy an analog to digital converter and software for ripping vinyl.
