I went to the 25" ft segment but not to move the rear back but to take advantage of the extra leverage...........

I remeasured with tires on and looks like 1/2" longer would be perfect. 21" would be back too far. They are split mono's. Redrill and put the center pin where you need it. I had to on mine.

I remeasured with tires on and looks like 1/2" longer would be perfect. 21" would be back too far. They are split mono's. Redrill and put the center pin where you need it. I had to on mine. Did mine the same way.

How hard is it to drill thru those springs? if you move the rear end back a full inch the Bar will be and inch too short.. I was comfortable with three quarters of an inch... that was the minimum thread engagement on the Himes that I was comfortable with

How hard is it to drill thru those springs? Pretty damn tuff, but it can be done. Do the 1/2" spacer that Firefighter suggests.

How hard is it to drill thru those springs? I drilled mine to. It's hard steel, but you can drill it.
