I don't think anyone , 383 pistons for a stroker are few and far between , the standard piston CH for the 383 stroker is a 1.320 ch , it works with a 3.75 stroke , 3.91 stroke and 4.25 stroke. I assume you already have the crank and rods ? If not then now is the time to change , I have a set of new diamond 1.320 .030 383 pistons that I'm going to sell ...

The 4.150 is not as "popular" now as it used to be, couple that with the 383 being the red headed step child of big block chryslers. It's in been the last few years that there are piston choices for the 383, but they are VERY LIMITED . Your best route is a semi custom Diamond piston.
