Food for thought: where on the fender tag are markings denoting that it's a Chrysler tag?

IMHO the fender tag is just one piece of data that should be considered in making a car purchase. Build sheet, documentation, originality etc. should all play a role in the car's overall value.
The less of the above that's available, the lower the value of the vehicle.
Personally, I have no problem with either:
1. A correct reproduction of an original fender tag that is rusted or otherwise damaged. It goes without saying that no codes should be added/removed/modified. After all, why slap a ragged out tag on an otherwise pristinely restored vehicle?
2. A correct reproduction of a fender tag based on information found on the original broadcast sheet.
