Depends on the track, but some of the tracks I have been to, if track personel see a pit vehicle with no sticker, you park it, right then. Next time your out the gate.

As far as getting nearly run over by pit vehicles.....now I know there are some idiots on pit vehicles, but there seem to be far more idiots walking around in the way. These are pit "roads", this ain't the mall, the park, a car show, or anywhere else you go to take a leisurely stroll, or where pedestrians have the right of way. I am trying to get back to my trailer to make another round...STAY OUT OF THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD and try watching what is going on around you.

I had a guy stick his heel(he was beebopping across the pit road on a long 45 degree crossing, I really don't know how his heel got under the front bumper ) under the front bumper of a S/G car I was racing at Pomona one year, what a dough head If it was up to me there would be no spectators allowed in the pits, especailly good looking females , unless they where with a car
