I STILL say the coolant generating ANY amount of voltage is total
Debate what you want about electrolysis, chemical reaction, voltage leaks, gremlins, F.M., etc... that radiator isn't producing energy! Period. If it could, Toyota would have figured out another way to power a hybrid by now.
