Like the post above says, don't expect to just install them, weld right up and be done. They need alot, not sure they are worth it over the patch style panels are not. I prefer to keep as much of the original metal as I can. Leave the gaps, etc... factory.




The patch style panels are not even remotely close at the rear and valance areas. I don't expect any reproduction panel to fit like NOS but it's either close enough to work with or it isn't. Convertibles are not even close. I agree that it's always best to leave as much of the original as possible. You work with the best that you have available and if you have to fit and fabricate you do it. If that's not an option then you must be a hack.
