Nice job!!! I as well have been procrastinating the Stripe Installations on my 73. How warm was it when you installed them? Is it better to do it when it warm out?

Much better to do it when it is warm out. The garage where I put them on was at 70 degrees. I let them sit after squeegeeing them for 24 hours before taking off the backing. Moved some pockets of fluid out from under the stripes and then put it out in the sun. It was not much warmer than 50 but there was enough solar radiation to heat the metal to warm to the touch. One day with the driver side facing south, one day with the passenger side. One of the advantages to being one mile closer to the sun! Even in winter things get warm in direct sunlight.
