Shouldn't be hard. I'd dtich the tunel ram and use a RPM w/ a 850 DP. Your cam is going to have to fit your stall, trans and gearing. So you will need to be careful. No need for anything crazy. Good heads (iron or alum), headers and the usual bolt ons like windage tray, good hot spark, and a good tune should get you close.
