the question makes no sense to me.
thats like saying magnum 500 rims are are from a buick....or chevelle.
there is positive pressure in the cowl area..
forward facing scoops can create turbulance entering the carb...the velocity can be too great and disturb air flow into the carb venturi...
cowl hoods have tons of volume of pressurized air..
with out the turbulance created from a mailbox type scoope..
gmc made the most common blower back in the day....those are on mopars also....
running a cowl on a mopar is no less of a taboo than...painting it ferrari red...or covette yellow..
the least of our worries...
