Appreciate the replies, this is really frustrating. Paid $1k 8 years ago to have this "completely" rebuilt, as a carry in. Only 15k miles on it since that time.
So I guess I need to pull it and carry in to someone else. What do I tell them or ask for during the rebuild to make sure it gets done right this time?
