Yes, I have friends telling me about their kids not really interested or waiting past their 16th birthday. It's so hard for me to understand. Probably like most of you, I was sneaking the car out before I had a license, I was counting the days and so thankful my 16th fell on a weekday, reminding my mom over and over not to make plans, we HAD to go to the DMV as soon as I got home from school!!!!
