Looks like you are 0.007 out. Move it back 7 so the the +7 goes to zero and the -7 goes to zero.
Agreed. If this is the first time you've done this, pull the stock dowel pins and just snug the bell up on the block. That way you can shift the bell around and get a feel for how it responds.
