7" Purple Springs

13" vacuum at idle with my Comp XE275 HL Cam

383/432 Stroker

Absolutely love the carb

With your 284-484 Cam what’s your vacuum at idle ? Probably pretty low I would guess

I would never buy and use another Mopar 284 Hydraulic cam after trying one once back in the late 1990, THEY ARE JUNK down
The cam I used in the motor I'm talking about (400 block stroke to 4.300 with a 4.375 bore with 9.25 to 1 compression originally) was a custom Comp Cams solid roller that had 260@.050 on the intake side with .420 lobe lift and it had 266 @.050 on the exhaust side with .409 lobe lift, I bought and used a set of Harland Sharp 1.65 ratio rockers.
That motor was a absolute pleasure to drive and race with, 700+ HP at 5500 RPM using Oregon 91 octane pump swill boogie up

Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)
