Good news for me and thanks to all that have responded,
She said after 40 years , I know you are going to buy another snowblower. If I don't like it, than you can use it . Then she followed up with, just don't buy me a beast, I'm just a little person. COOL!!

So now the hunt is on, heated grips, easy chute adjustment, easy steer (some call it power steering ?) and self propelled. Love to go for a hydrostat but way too many $$. With the above requirements it's looking like it will have to be a 2 stage.
