Has anyone ever installed this pan with the engine still in the car? I don't know if my issue is because I have studs for my oil pan, but I can't even get the windage tray in place and the oil pan doesn't want to go in place either. I tried rotating the pickup tube to get the windage tray in place, but it still won't go. Not sure if there are any other tricks to make this work. Thanks
I did it. No studs though. Was easy job. You might use a hoist. Can’t remember exactly what I did, just it went in without fuss.
