Well, that's what I get for patting myself on the back. Rolled my ankle near the end of my strength and conditioning class last night. Xrays negative, but I'm in a brace, my ankle and foot are black and blue, and I can't work out for at least 3-4 days because of the swelling. Doc said it should be 100% in 3-4 weeks.
