50 in a few weeks. Feel great. In great shape. Eat well, lots of exercise...cardio, strength, endurance, boxing. Other than a few age-related aches and pains (chronic tendonitis in my shoulder, arthritis in my left knee and left big toe), no issues at all. I hang with the most of the 20-somethings and 30-somethings in my workout classes. Not all of them, but a good number of them.
