The old saying "The spirits willing but the body ain't able" comes to mind. At 66 I have definitely slowed down. And as of my last physical, I'm shrinking also. 6' 1"-250 at 25 when I got married in '80 to 5'11"-270ish now. Just doing light maintenance work on the cars has gotten to be a real chore the last few years. I even have to stop and rest while cutting the grass.
Whoever said growing old is not for the faint of heart was right on the money.
Oh, and like Frankenduster, I still have all my hair with just a little gray in my sideburns.
